Our new production facility provides over 13,000 square feet of dedicated production line, plus adjacent offices and separate storage space for both inbound and out-bound materials. The line space includes:

-Approximately 630 liner feet of three-inch I-beam conveyor with 315 trolleys. Each trolley can withstand up to 250 pounds.

-Stainless Steel Five Stage Pre-treatment Wash

Stage 1: Alkaline Cleaner
Stage 2: Rinse
Stage 3: Iron Phosphate
Stage 4: Rinse
Stage 5: Dry in Place Sealer. This stage is able to run a sealer for steel or aluminum products, and can easily switch between both options.

-New 40-foot Dry-Off Oven

-Two Online Spray-to-Waste Cartridge Powder Booths

-New Gas Cat Gel Oven

-New Paint Cabinet with Cyclone Tower and Reclaiming Capabilities

-120-foot Cure Over with Air Seals

-30-foot Cool Down Tunnel

All part openings will be six feet tall by four feet wide, and will have the capability of running parts up to 20 feet long without any additional handling. Parts longer than 20 feet can be accommodated, but will require additional handling.
