Our modern large-scale in-line ovens can accommodate parts up to 20 feet long without any additional handling. Parts longer than 20 feet can be accommodated, but will require additional handling. While liquid finishes contain solvents which have pollutants called volatile organic compounds (VOCs), powder coating contains no solvents and releases negligible amounts—if any—of VOCs into the atmosphere. The elimination of VOCs and reduction of waste products saves money and helps us comply more easily and economically with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency regulations. Additionally, our cyclone reclaiming system minimizes material waste by reclaiming unused powder on large volume runs.
